Our Story
The interest in well-being research began after experiencing burnout in 2019, which left me deeply anxious and stressed. As I discovered fascinating insights and practices around self-awareness, a desire to share them with others emerged. Self-publishing for the first time was a long, and at many moments a challenging journey; but whenever another piece of the puzzle finally came together... that felt like joy. The reason for Be Unravelled is simply an attempt to better understand ourselves and this life. To unravel the human experience.
